Macbook Air fan noise - 2018

Has anyone had issues with this? I just got this Macbook air today and I am only streaming one show to chromecast and browsing and the fan is going wild. I disabled the weather app as mentioned by someone else but I noticed someone else said "software

to do with Netatmo (weather app)" and I cannot find this!
