For iphone XS Max dual sim, may I use i.e Whatsapp for both numbers ( 2 Whatsapp applications installed) as in android?

I just don't believe you can get two of the same apps on an iOS device, I've never seen it, that's why I copied the link to an article that instead talks about using two accounts.
Maybe someone else might know a work around but believe that could involve jailbreaking which is not allowed to be discussed in this forum.

I know how to use the Dual SIM iPhone regarding calling, messaging, switching etc but do not know if is it possible to use a dual applications i.e WhatsApp. Such a feature is available on android phones which use dual sim cards.
I have the iPhone since one month and it is great but I am missing the dual applications.

I believe you have to switch manually between sims before you can use it, ie you can't access both at same time. I'm also not sure how you would download and therefore be able to use two identical apps anyway.
