iPad mini and Sype

My iPad is 'up to date with iOS 9.3.5. As Skype requires iOS 10 or greater, does this mean I can't use Skype any more on this device?

Yes.

This is what this means.

That iPad Mini is a 6 year old device, now.

It's internal hardware is too old and too underpowered to install and run any newer versions of iOS.

If use Skype, to use the newest versions, you will need to purchase a new iPad from Apple or the Apple Website or a discounted, refurbished iPad from the Certified Refurbished & Clearance section of Apple's Website.

Do not purchase an iPad from ANY auction or “For Sale” Websites to minimise the risk of purchasing an Activation Locked iPad that you may not be able to defeat nor return to get your money back!
