I had an update on my credit card number but the Apple TV system is saying that I have a billing problem! I saw my history purchase and everything looks good

The older models Apple TV are no longer suitable to update payment information. Please do the updating on another device.

Possibly the card information needs the security code filled in. Or else try re-entering the numbers.
