I have reloaded Pro x from time machine and also tried from the App Store, the interface is missing buttons. Smart Snap, Tool bar button, Waveform, Beats one time 'Big' in the transport bar. also I can no longer resize the channel strips with the pointer

Upper left Logic Pr X menu.
Go to Preferences/Reset All preferences Except Key Commands.
Quit Logic, Restart the computer.
Start Logic, Go to Preferences Enable ALL Advanced Preferences.
Any difference?
