I made a purchase of coins from a game but, they ignored my request and I saw this message from Apple to renew my billing account. I checked my card and I noticed that was expired on 03/2019. That app (machington mansion) declined the order and didn’t give me the coins and I didn’t receive a billing email from Apple. The last order in my purchase history is the declined one and I send screenshot so you can see it. I said ok no coins, no payment, no billing. But since then iTunes doesn’t let me update my other apps and keeps asking for new payment method. I don’t owe money to any app. Why don’t they even let me to change my payment method to none? I’m out of the country now and I cannot go to my bank branch to get a new card. And I am not sure if that game is going to charge the new card for what they refused to give me. I needed the coins at that time. I don’t need them now because I’m not planning to play that game anymore. Please help me with this problem. Regards
