Purchase problem

Hello guys, I’ve tried to buy some packages in a mobile game a while ago but at that time my credit was empty so the purchase was failed and the payment was pending, but when I change my credit card last week the money was withdrawn from my account without getting anything in the game?


i have contacted the game team support of course and they Refused to give me the packages or a refund telling me I have to contact apple!!


any suggestions
