amazon photo app

i can't open the amazon photo app on my MacBook. I was on vacation for a week and had my MacBook shut down. When I got back and turned on computer the app won't open. i can still open and see photos on my iPhone. Any ideas?

MacBook, macOS 10.13

Since it's not an Apple product you should contact the developers. There should be info in the About or help menu where to contact customer support.
