I have dropped my phone in my pond and it wont turn on, Its got all my family photos and some some very sensitive info on it, can i get my data back ?

These sound like important items, so it's a good thing you backed them all up. You did back up your iPhone, right?
Restore that backup to your replacement iPhone as follows:
