My ear speaker is not giving me any kind ok noise I hav to make my phone on speaker while speaking to someone

i can’t listen anyone who is on my line to speak I hav to do my phone on speaker so I can here them

See this:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
