Mail Google authentication

I cannot access my Gmail account anymore, through my Mac Mail account.

Every time I try to add an account it say that it gives me this message: Failed to authenticate with Google, please try again later.

I'm at lost?

GMAIL AUTHENTICATION ISSUES ON MacBook Air I'm trying to add my gmail account to my MacBook Air mail app. Unfortunately, every time I try to add it, I'm required to "Authenticate" it with Google Internet accounts. Every time I press the "Open Browser" button, it just spools and times out. I've tried this 30 times and no success. Very frustrating. Can anyone assist?
