My iCloud was almost full. 4.7 of 5 G. I didn’t want to buy more storage so I moved all the photos to google drive and then deleted them from the cloud. I also went and deleted recently deleted photos to be sure they were gone. The storage is still saying 4.7 of 5G. Why? Thanks

It's possible your internet connection isn't strong enough for recent changes to update in iCloud. Test the issue while connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you haven't already, I also recommend forcing the Settings app to close and restart your device.
