my beats x will charge and show they have a full battery but won't turn on. I try connect them to my iPhone and iPad but I can't because when I hold the power button nothing happens. yes I've tried reseting them by holding power and the volume buttons but still this doesn't work?

Thank you for your advice. I have tried all the steps you suggest to no avail. In sum, the headphones will not turn on without the power connected nor connect to my phone whether on power or otherwise. I have tried the recommended reset procedure and updated to the latest firmware via the Dr Dre website/app and would now like your further recommendation on how to proceed.
