Enabling FileVault

Dear All,

My current MacBook runs Mojave upgraded from High Sierra. When I try to enable FileVault, the system throws an error that says "Authentication server failed to complete the requested operation."

The MacBook is integrated with AD. However, I got this message when I used a local admin account which is also in the list of Crypto Users.Filesystem AFPS and SecureToken is enabled for stated account.

I'm not able to enable SecureToken any other account on the system. It basically says either

a. the secure token should be unlocked.

b. Credentials could not be verified, username or password is invalid (Passwords are correct and I receive this error when I'm able to access AD)

I have another MacBook which is a clean install and don't have any of those problems.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14
