Your session to verify has timed out

Hi

when I want to download something in App store I couldn't becuse I received below message however my password is correct and several time I answered to the security questions correctly and changed the password...

" your apple id has been locked for security reasons to unlock it you must verify your identity "

As I told I answerd the questions and changed the pasword ,but after a while I received this message: "can not verify identity, your session has timed out"

Please tell me how can I fix this problem.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
