MacBook Pro won’t start

Every time I try to boot my MacBook Pro, it won’t start. It gets to the booting screen and just shuts down. I haven’t been able to load it in safety mode either.

Ive tried to use disk utility and repair the drive if there’s anything wrong, but it says all good there. Not sure what’s wrong. Here’s a photo of the code the comes up when it’s trying to boot up. Any insight would be appreciated.

Your dive is failing with an I/O error.

You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /touchbar is this ?

n or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

You do not specific if this is retina or non retina.

The non-retina 2012 is definitely an old work horse.

Easy to upgrade yourself for minimum expense

Your mac can handle 16GB of RAM as well

Best to buy RAM from reliable source with the exact specs.

Usually a lifetime guarantee on RAM from third party source like:

I can add the Mojave is the last macOS this computer will be capable of running—something to factor in, if you want to future proof your monies.

It’s a 2012 non retina.
