How to transfer personal videos (made on non-apple device) from iPad's TV app to PC

So I have about 30GB of personal trip videos that I transferred from PC (Win 10) to my iPad Air 2. They ended up in TV app (not visible/accessible from iPad's Photo app). After a while I deleted those videos from PC (Win 10) by accident, so I wanted them back to PC from iPad. When I tried the normal procedure which is to use Microsoft Photos app to pull the videos it didn't work since MS Photos app doesn't see anything in iPad's TV app. I tried also iTunes and couldn't figure out hot to copy or sync those videos in TV app to PC. Is there way to do it without purchasing third-party app? Thanks.

As far as I know, photos/videos that get into the iPad (thru iTunes) can only be accessed through the apps on the iPad and that's all you can do with it. You can not reverse the process after it has been sync'd to the device. In other words, you won't be able to copy sync'd photos/videos from the iPad to a computer.

Try saving the home video from TV app to a cloud service like Google Drive or something else. Not sure if that's an option. Check it anyway. If that's possible, you have a good chance of recovering the videos.
