Remove Fox News from TV App

I'm going to have family over, and they are addicted to Fox News. As a cord cutter, I watch all my TV through my AppleTV and the TV App whenever possible. Is there a way to remove the Fox News icon from the What to Watch tab of the TV App? I don't have it installed, but I don't even want to have the discussion.
