Seagate Freeagent Goflex Will not mount in Mojave

I so hope someone with genuine kindness will point me in the right direction? I cannot for the life of me get my Seagate to mount correctly on my 2104 MacBook. It DID but it won't now. I've tried everything. It contains hugely important files that are beyond important. I had an iMac and it is those files I need. It seems since the last Mojave update it will not show. I've done the iboysoft and NTFS for Mac but still no luck. I cannot say how important this is. Should I simply give up and take the backup drive into a computer show to sort or in this 21st Century can I actually get it to show and open? Can't believe it really after being a Mac convert for ten years. It worked fine prior to the last major update. I'm 10-14-1

Frankly I could cry. WHY won't it show to let me get into the files? The image screenshot is what I see in disc utilities. iboysoft did at least show there is tons of information on the back up drive. Maybe you can't help, bt thanks for at least thinking about it :(

Thank you. It is ten years worth of work that I have backed up on it that iI need to access. I have bought a new WD drive to save from this point, but the majority comes from my old iMac which I don't have any more. I am desperate to get into the seagate GoFlex to access back ups from that old iMac. Prior to the last update on this Macbook I was able to view all the back ups on said drive. After this latest update for Mojave it will not mount.
