Verification for Wallwt

Im trying to add my new debit card to my apple wallet and it keeps trying to send the verification code to my old phone number, of which I have no access to. I’ve taken my old phone number off my trusted device list and added my new one but no luck.

Apple Wallet Changing the verification number for apple wallet...the correct number is in settings but it keeps using my home number to send the verification code to. I have deleted the number 10 times and when I get to the verification page, it still has my home number, not the cell number (that is in settings)! The home number is a landline and can't receive a text obviously. The home number is checked and won't let me change it. I have even deleted the card and loaded it back to the wallet. Verification keeps sending the code to the wrong number. HELP.
