“Messages in iCloud is Currently Disabled” Error in iOS 12.2

Just restored a iPhone 6 from iCloud backup, but I saw “Messages in iCloud is Currently Disabled, repair account” at the message page bottom! Tried press “repair account” but nothing change! Checked my iCloud account many times , and message is enabled for sure! I saw similar problems on website with iOS 11.x, but my phone with the latest iOS 12.2. How to fix it? Please advise!!

Hello.

Try this:

Head to Settings > Messages. Turn iMessage off, and then on again. If this steps doesn't resolve your issue, head to the second step.
Log out of iCloud under Settings > Your Name. Force restart your iPhone and when it's on, log back in.
