Apple Music on Android - sync playlists from Mac?

Have always struggled on Android to get an app that lets me easily copy my music over from my Macbook to the phone. Currently using Doubletwist but often the transfer apps will randomly only copy say ten songs of a thirty song playlist.

I'm frustrated enough to finally try Apple Music. This may be a pretty basic question but all I want to do is be able to setup and manage my playlists in itunes on my MBP and have them reflected on my S10+ where I can then download the music.

If it matters - these are all songs I own, not talking about anything else at this point.
