Age verification

Age verification for explicit content not working. After going through the process of inputting all the info I get a message saying phone is authorized for explicit content, but settings screen is frozen and won't allow the change. No matter how many times I repeat the process it still doesn't work. How can I fix this bug?

While the directions are specific to a forgotten passcode for this function, the advice to remove the app and reinstall it when having issues with this function apply.
