Custom Conference Room Background on AppleTV

I've seen posts about customizing the conference room background on the AppleTV using MyPhotos from an iCloud account. The problem is, when I go to change the background, I don't get the "My Photos" option. It's still None and Apple Photos. I've tried restarting the ATV, but no luck. The unit is fully updated. Is there something else I need to do? Is it possible that because the ATV is remotely managed, this function is unavailable (even though I can still log in with an iCloud account)? We manage our ATVs with JAMF, is there a setting in there that can unlock this or even push the conference background for me?
