I can’t even click on my mobile data if I do this is what my screen looks like than!

Your cellular is turned off!

If it will not turn back on, Take your SIM out and put it back.

If that does not fix it do Settings, general, reset, reset network settings.

if that doesnt fix it contact your cell provider or try another SIM from the same provider.
