2015 Macbook Pro repeatedly rebooting

I was in the process of downloading Minecraft Education Edition and my computer crashed. It is now stuck in a constant rebooting loop.

I tried control + option + R, but my computer shuts down before I can finish typing my password for my modem. I’ve also tried PRAM and SMC resetting. My laptop is plugged into its charger and is connected to nothing else.
