Screen froze on "support.apple.com/phone/restore

I'm trying to restore my iPhone SE after disabling the phone due to too many password attempts. I'm currently at the screen which displays the message "support.apple.com/phone/restore which has the iTunes logo in the middle of the screen and the charger indicated at the bottom on the screen. This has been displayed for over an hour but nothing else is happening, how do I actually restore the phone as when I press the onto the screen nothing happens. Thanks.
