New balance not showing properly

Hi, I bought a apple gift card a couple of days ago and redeemd it witf my phone. When I go to the app store I don’t still see only my old balance. When I click on my ID in the app store it shows the new balance. Why is this and what can I do about it?

Have you tried signing out of the store and back in to see if that will refresh the account?


If necessary,  contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
