Still unable to add Cineworld bookings to passbook.
iPhone XS Max, iOS 12
Hope this is fixed soon, trying to save trees n all that jazz! My cineworld has rubbish signal so I’ll have to screen print the code!

are they going to resolve it for everyone or only to those sent them an email? i'm also facing this issue.
Just tried it now and still no joy. Defo not fixed as of the 15th
On a previous note, it was said to be fixed within 3 days!
Having the same issue with my Passbook, stopped working about a month ago, its a real pain :(
It was easier to add to passbook rather than find the booking in my email Grrr.
I have been constantly emailing them, so hopefully it gets fixed soon!
They’ve come back to me after like 2 weeks. But it’s not to satisfying...
Sounds like they’re not in rush to fix it because there are still different ways to get tickets 🙄
Hey Everyone, the issue now seems to have been resolved, as i've been able to add tickets back to my passbook/wallet Hooray!
Sammy just take a screen grab of your email with the we code. Then when you get to the cinema load up your picture and they can scan that.
But still annoyed this has stopped working!
