Adding music to iCloud Music Library

When I right click on a song in my library, the menu item to "Add to iCloud Music Library" is not there.

iCloud Music Library Not Listed In Settings I bought a subscription to iTunes Match, and in order to use it I need to turn on iCloud Music Library on my iPad. The problem is, there is no option for iCloud Music Library anywhere in my settings. I know that it's supposed to be under Music settings, and it's just not there. Syncing music library to iPhone and how to turn off iCloud music library I am unable to see where I can sync my music library from my Mac to my iPhone. Instead of seeing an option to sync, I see an instruction that I need to turn my iCloud music library off. I seem to be unable to do this. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks!
