Screenshot images are not showing up on my phone. There’s no thumbnail.
I am not getting screenshots. I even changed accessibility to do screenshots but I’m not getting the sound or thumbprint. Help.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand from your post that screenshot images are not showing up on your phone. I see that you have checked the accessibility settings to make sure you could do the screenshots but still no sound or thumbnail images. I am happy to help.
Have you tried restarting your phone since this started happening?
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If restarting doesn't correct the issue you can reinstall the iOS to see if this corrects the issues.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Be sure to backup your phone before reinstalling the iOS.

If you're still not able to get the screenshot images I would recommend contacting Apple Support.
