Stuck on change of Terms and Conditions

I meant free app that doesn't contain in app purchase, there is two free apps one with in pp purchase written under the free icon and one without, the one works is without, and try to change the payment method, doesn’t matter the region.

a lot of people have had this problem, from what I know some have had success updating to the latest iOS software, others by selecting cancel instead of ok, and a few have had to reboot their device 3 times or more to fix it

I created a new apple id and signed in and I was able to download apps normally again without that annoying Terms and Conditions popping up

Not a good idea since all downloads are permanently locked to the Apple ID and password used to download them. Downloading content with multiple Apple IDs is a bad idea, especially when it comes to having to update apps and remembering different IDs and passwords. Be patient and wait for Apple to fix the problem.

I think it has something to do with apple ids. I created a new apple id and signed in and I was able to download apps normally again without that annoying Terms and Conditions popping up

you just need to create a new apple id

i created a new one, it works pretty good. I mean I can download everything except updating old apps which I downloaded before with my previous (main) Apple ID

Same here.. Tried all the usual tricks from Apple... (you know, the one that telling you that the problem is in your side, not their..) sign in, sign out, reboot, hard reboot, re-sign out, re-sign in, check date and time, reset network, full reset, change country, accept term, re-change country, re-accept terms, cancel etc... etc... Nothing works...

For update apps, I was able to do it by uninstalling the outdated version and ask to re-install it after (did it for Apple Store app). It works.. no need to agree... But for new one... Nada, zero... just the vast emptiness of my disappointment with a zest of anger.... It seems it affect a lot of people...

I am snorting with derision and throwing my arms in the air, exhausted by their constant tomfoolery... :-)

Hi just quick update only in app purchase app is impacted, free app that doesn’t have under it in app purchases is working. Can anyone try to update payment method, like card or none payment? And update us if this resolved the issue.

Same here, I cannot perform in-app purchases. I tried updating to 12.2, restarted a ton of times, relogged in using my apple ID, nothing worked. Updating apps works when you update, cancel the T&C popup, then update again, but in-app purchases and installing new apps are stuck in the T&C loop.

Cancel first, then agree.

I haven't read of anyone who was successful rebooting their device? Not sure where you saw that? I saw several older posts (more than 6 months old) where it worked but I assume that was a different problem. I just saw this

Did anyone figure out the problem, i have three devices all stuck in this media term and conditions when try to download any thing from app store, terms and conditions keep coming back

Same here. Selecting cancel allows me to update existing apps but still didn’t get to download the new one. And I have already updated to the newest system version. This is truly irritating!
