the last 2 days my iPhone XR notification sounds don’t work unless Bluetooth is off. This happened with my 8plus also it is so frustrating to have it happen again with a new phone, can it be fixed I need my Bluetooth on all the time it’s not practical to turn it off just to so the sounds work.

When this happens check to see if the device is connected to a paired Bluetooth device. To check go to Settings > Bluetooth and look for “connected” beside a device. You can forget it or just disconnect from it by tapping on it.
The paired bluetooth devices would come back if you got a new phone and restored a back up. That’s probably why it was happening or your last phone and now on this one.
