After several bootcamp installation attempts that failed, I have finally given up.
I then checked Disk Utility and found out that each failed attempt left an APFS container. I have tried to Erase then Delete the APFS container, but it will not be consumed/merged with the main volume (Macintosh HD).

Run
diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3
and now BC Assistant and click on Remove/Restore. You should have your full disk space in the macOS volume.
Post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list
from macOS Terminal.
Run
diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk0s3
diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC2 disk0s6
diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk0s3 disk0s7
and post the output of
diskutil list
Excellent.
