I decided to purchase an iPad Pro instead of replacing my laptop with another one, but the option for Hebrew QWERTY keyboard is no longer there. Is there a third party one available for my device?

Keyman is right there in my App Store. It has several hebrew options after you install it:

I did see if you go to settings, general, keyboards you can install a hebrew one. Not sure if its’ QWERTY or not (not speaking the language I wouldn’t know)
It could also be possible that it’s something accessible if you use an attached keyboard, not the onscreen one.
If it doesn’t exist you can send apple some feedback and let them know you’d like that feature. No promises when or if it would come but asking is the first step
Yes, I have the Hebrew keyboard installed. In fact, I have several. But they arenb’t QWERTY, which means I have to learn a new map. Bummer. I can’t find a third party one, either.
I wasn’t clear. I want to install it in Settings. There was an option for Hebrew QWERTY on my laptop and on my desktop, but not on my new iPad Pro. Thanks.

unfortunately, gboard isn’t QWERTY. I can’t find a keyboard for Keyman. Just a password keeper.
Any bluetooth keyboard should work, so just google or search amazon to see what comes up that appeals to you
IOS has never had it, only MacOS. Try the App Store, check the Keyman app and GBoard.
No problem to have if you use a hardware keyboard.
