Hi,
When I hit « é » and « à » of the external keyboard of my IPad Pro, it writes by default the letters « ö » and « ä ».
Is there a way to make this touches write by défaut « é » and « à » respectively instead of « ö » and « ä » ?

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and make sure over at the right edge for the language you are using that it says the name of the layout you want (and NOT "automatic"). Sounds like it is using a germanic language layout instead of a romance language layout.

PS My guess is that your Hardware Keyboard setting is on Swiss German when you want it to be on Swiss French.
