Moving my notes
I have changed phones and my notes did move over to my new phone. How do I do this?

Moving from a 6 Plus to a 7 Plus has nothing to do with your notes not transferring. It's possible that the settings on your 6+ didn't transfer to the 7+ properly. If you backup to iCloud, you can find your Notes there. If not, go to Settings>[Your Name]>iCloud>Turn on Notes
As stated in the Apple article:
Check your account settings
If you use a a third-party account or email service, like Gmail or Yahoo, to store your notes, check your settings:
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
Tap the email account that you want to check. (also iCloud)
Make sure that Notes is on.
If you use Notes with more than one email account, just repeat steps 2-3 for each account. If your account is missing, learn how to add it again.
