Password prompt for autofill in Safari. How do I get this to stop?

HI there. I'm not sure when this started happening but I did do something with my Keychain a week or so again because of this and it seems ever since a few days before that, I get prompted for my local user password to autofill logins on websites. It does not do this on my other Macs and they are all using the same Apple ID. It really kills the whole autofill experience if I'm entering a password all the time anyway. Screenshot below. Thanks.
