When I say “Hey Siri” to the iPad Pro2 it flashes on the screen and goes right off. The iPad has the latest software. I’ve turned the iPad on and off and this does not help. All the right toggles are switched to on in Settings. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Reboot your iPad and see if that helps: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go and your iPad will reboot.

One other note: for the iPad Pro 2, there is no home button. You need to press and release quickly the volume up button, then the volume down button. Then press the power button until the apple logo reappears and release it.
Then you don't have iPad Pro 2. iPad Pro 2, DOES have a home button. iPad 3rd Generation, released in late 2018 has no home button. Since you said you have iPad Pro 2, I gave the correct procedure. Had you said you have a 3rd generation iPad Pro, I would have provided the correct procedure for that.

I'm glad it worked. A note for you and others. It's advisable after every iOS update to reboot their device. It usually eliminates any issues that may come up after an update.
