iPhone 8 plus stuck on apple screen

I have a new iPhone 8 plus, I restored from a backup to set up the phone and now it is stuck on black screen with apple icon. I have tried the side buttons to restart and nothing is working

My iPhone is stuck on the turning on black turning on screen with the apple logo in the middle. So I put my iphone on the charger last light and that screen popped up and I just thought that maybe it was updating but then I woke up this morning and it is still stuck on that screen. What should I do? I already tried turning it off with the buttons on the side but it did not work

Iphone 8 Plus stuck on apple logo screen and black turning screen I woke up to my phone not working. When I unlock the phone- it turns off. Then it is stuck on the turning off screen. I've tried turning it off by resetting the phone with volume buttons and side buttons. Is there a reason this is happening? Storage issues, internal issues, or update issues?
