Cannot set Mojave Privacy Allow Apps setting
Privacy setting for 'Allow Apps downloaded from' keeps defaulting to Anywhere. I change it to App Store and identified developers, lock the window, reopen Privacy and the Gatekeeper setting has reverted to 'Anywhere'.
