Hi,
I replaced the HDD and DVD drive on my MacBook Pro with two SSDs. TRIM is not on for either. If I enable TRIM will it be enabled on both?
Is it safe for these two drives?

If you do not enable TRIM, then make sure to disable "Put hard disk to sleep when possible" in the Energy Saver Preferences so the SSDs' internal garbage collection routines will be able to run when the drives are not being used. Disabling this setting can also help if the drives don't wake up properly.
TRIM will still function as intended. TRIM just allows the file system to tell the SSD that any deleted file is available to be pre-cleaned and made available for new writes.
Drives that say you do not need TRIM, just provision a lot more blocks as spares in the hope that the user will not write new data in large enough quantities so that the SSD runs out of clean blocks before the new writes stop and the SSD can catch-up on cleaning dirty blocks.
They are sand force driven, you don't need trim force.
sudo trimforce enable. this turns on TRIM for all drives on a System, which would include your secondary SSD.
External drives are a little more hit or miss, depending on the drive.
Always have a up to date backup plan in place.
Once you reboot, you will see from System Information for each Drive:
