Itunes payment verification

Cant get into iTunes account to verify info; changed ID and password sometime this year, yet old ID still comes up everywhere and wont match password, obviously; tried to watch/buy movie and it asked me to verify payment info on iTunes; this is frustrating when you cant talk to anyone!

Cant Change payment method I cant change the payment method of my itunes. I can not put a new credit card because it says I have to verify the old one. The old one expired over a year ago and i do not remember the code from the back. I can not delete the old one, as it says i have to have a credit card there, and it wont let me put a new one as I just said... I have to verify the old one first. As much as I love going around in circles and wasting time, I'd appreciate any help from someone short of telling me to use a hammer to fix it. Thanks

Unable to verify payment method I changed my Apple ID password. When I try to purchase via iTunes or Apps it asks me to verify my existing payment method (PayPal). I did this and entered the verification code sent by PayPal, but it continues to ask for verification. I tried to delete the payment method so I could set it up anew and hopefully verify it that way, but it won't let me due to existing subscription. I have cancelled the subscription but it still won't let me delete the payment method. currently unable to make any apple purchases and I refuse to give apple my card details. This is the case on all my apple devices.

What is your model Apple TV?

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

To start over with correct credentials, you could restore the Apple TV to factory settings. That would get rid of all old data.
