Guided access not working

last week i let my younger sisters use my iphone to facetime their grandparents. i activated guided access on purpose so that they wouldn’t come back to me asking for help. but they came back to me saying they couldn’t call their grandparents back and so i tried to disable guided access in order to call them back but when i triple clicked the accessibility shortcuts popped up and not the passcode. i couldn’t do anything on my phone so i let it die. when i charged it back and tried to use guided access again it won’t pop up in my shortcuts at all
