Missing Activity Rings for 3 Days - Data is There!
On March 11th, 12th, & 13th, I was wearing my Apple Watch like every other day. It appeared that the watch was tracking my data like normal. But, for some reason the Activity app on my iPhone shows the rings as incomplete. In fact, they show that there is not a single calorie or minute tracked for the day. But if you look at the graphs that correspond with those metrics, it shows that indeed data was tracked.
I contacted Apple Support and reached a senior advisor. He wasn’t helpful at all and after waiting a few days for a response back from an engineer, he basically said that we no longer needed to go forward, “In his opinion.” He said that there was nothing that could be done because Apple doesn’t provide a way to reset/fix my Activity app.
Another issue I’m having is that my Move Streak Achievement is messed up as well. It says that my streak ended on March 30th and it hasn’t awarded me the achievement since then, even though I have achieved my move ring everyday since then. I’m assuming this issue is coming from the original issue since “I missed my move rings those three days.”
• I don’t have a backup to go off of for this device & even if I did I would loose more than an entire month of data.
• I have Health turned on to sync in iCloud & it has been turned on for moths now.
If you have any suggestions on what to do to fix this issue, I will be extremely grateful. I’ve had a move streak going on for 572 days before this happened & I would like to fix this issue. So I can get my move streak achievement & March Perfect Month achievements again.
I’ve attached a couple of screenshots to hopefully help solve this issue. Thanks in advance for your help.
