Calling
My iPhone XR is not receiving calls anytime anyone tries to call it goes straight to voice mail my do not disturb is off and my phone isn’t on silent

If Do Not Disturb is off and calls are going straight to your voicemail, check with your carrier to see if there is any issue with your account and/or your SIM. Do Not Disturb would be the only thing that would generally prevent calls from being received on the phone.
