Activation lock

I decided to reset my whole iPad. Which meant it erased everything off my iPad, I thought it would be a good idea. It then comes back up onto my iPad, with all of the 'hello' sort of thing. It then says there is an activation lock that was used to set up the iPad. However I clicked activation help and it's because I've used find my iPhone, so I logged in on my mobile device (a huawei) and it said I have no devices used for my find my iPhone. I currently have no iPad and I need it for my revision!!
