I tunes music is lost

Hi , I recently upgraded my phone. Verizon did not transfer my I tunes music that I had bought over to my new phone. I did not back up the music on iCloud cause I didn’t have enough storage . Is there anyway that music I bought is on an account in apple I tunes that I can get them all back to my new phone . I had lots of songs downloaded . Thanks Sara Huge
