its just sometimes and on a few websites. if is close out of safari then go back usually it will work again. it is annoying. would love some help and or to know if anyone else is having the issue.

If you have an external USB wired keyboard to use and troubleshoot
the MacBook/Pro internal keyboard issue, that would be most helpful.
(even a PC non-mac keyboard can be useful if nothing else; there are
support pages that show/tell which keyfaces differ in macOS/winOS.)

As most tests usually assume some functions are viable, this may help.
