So I purchased a season of avatar: tla on accident, intending to buy a song by the artist "Avatar". I watched around 20 seconds of an episode and realised my mistake, and requested a refund, however my request was immediately denied. This is my first paid purchase, so I believe I have no history of fraud or abusing refunds, and the money I used was from a gift card. Is there any other reason why my claim was denied?
